Available until 5 days before the event. Paid online at registration.

Opens after Early Bator pricing ends and remains available until one hour before the event. Paid online at registration.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

If you paid online and can't make it, cancel your registration before the event starts (or message us) and we'll issue an event credit toward a future registration — no refunds.

1st consecutive no-show: friendly reminder. 2nd consecutive no-show: Pay at Door is suspended until you attend two events in a row — you'll need to prepay online in the meantime.

Just keep us in the loop if your plans change — it helps us offer your spot to someone else.

What to Expect

    Register Online

    Choose your pricing tier and complete registration through the event link. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

    Location Sent 1 Hour Before

    The exact hotel address is sent to registered attendees approximately one hour before the event starts. Keep an eye on your email.

  3. 3

    Discreet Check-In

    Arrive and check in privately — no hotel front desk interaction. Show your ID (21+ required) and receive your numbered wristband and bag. There is an arrival window for entry — latecomers may not be admitted once the window has closed.

    Get Comfortable

    Store your belongings in your numbered bag. Minimum attire is underwear, jockstrap, or shorts. Full nudity is welcome once inside the play space.

    Enjoy the Space

    Move at your own pace. Solo, mutual, or just watching — all are valid. The Code of Conduct is strictly enforced so everyone feels safe. Complimentary supplies are provided including coconut oil lube, towels, mouthwash, and breath mints.

    Leave When You're Ready

    You are not required to stay for the entire event — leave whenever you're ready. Collect your belongings and head out at your own pace. What happens at BATE stays at BATE — always.
